Help Không vào được phrase "your_account_is_currently_awaiting_confirmation_confirmation_sent_to_x"

Mình cần việt hóa phrase này "your_account_is_currently_awaiting_confirmation_confirmation_sent_to_x" nhưng không hiểu sao không vào được, khi click vào nó báo lỗi:

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Mình kiểm tra các phrase khác thì vào chỉnh sửa bình thường. Nhờ các bạn giúp mình cách khắc phục ?

không phải vấn đề kích hoạt mail. ý mình là vào phrase trên để việt hóa, các phrase khác vào bình thường, riêng phrase này không được
