OK, you were right if i unprox the server, the internal links works, but my IP will be unprotected.... -.- Why the hell this happens. There isn't a way for internal links to works with CF protection ON?

Ok, i need help on how to configure a shortener service (with API), so it will automatically short every external link in posts. There is an old ADDON (Automatically URL Shortener 1.0.4) but it's impossible to find and even if i get it, i need to configured it to works with my shortener...
