Cải tiến bảo mật & chức năng

• Tăng cường bảo mật cho tính năng tải lại qua AJAX: giờ đây chỉ cho phép người dùng đã đăng nhập sử dụng.
• Việc xóa cache đã được phân quyền: chỉ moderator và admin mới có quyền thực hiện.
• Sửa thêm một số lỗi liên quan đến việc hiển thị và xử lý bài viết ghim (sticky).
