I will not recommend anyone adding .html at the end of URLs like this. By default, XenForo is good enough at SEO so you don’t need to change. Then a webpage ending with .html likely to be a static page. As a forum, your thread pages will have new posts so it’s not a static page. Google may reduce the frequency of indexing your pages.
