Theo mình thấy thì đây là thiếu table như trên. Nhưng mình thử tìm kiếm file Mysqli.php theo như đường dẫn trên thì k thấy.
Mình có làm theo một số hướng dẫn như là install bản full hoặc nâng lên bảng mới.
LÀM ĐƯỢC. Nhưng mất một số table.
Bác nào biết hoặc đã gặp qua lỗi này thì chỉ giáo giúp mình với.

Sau 1 hồi tìm hiểu thì mình đã tìm ra được cách sữa lỗi này.
Vấn đề là khi export ra rồi import lại thì sẽ gặp lỗi này khi sử dụng addon [8wayRun.Com]
Theo như mình hiểu thì do lỗi phân biệt chữ hoa chữ thường nên bị như vậy.
Để fix lỗi này ta vào PHPmyadmin và tìm database của forum rồi làm theo các bước.

1. Vào Table ewrporta_layouts vào Tab Operations để đổi tên table thành EWRporta_layouts
2. Vào Table ewrporta_blocks vào Tab Operations để đổi tên table thành EWRporta_blocks
3. Vào Table ewrporta_caches vào Tab Operations để đổi tên table thành EWRporta_caches
4. Vào Table ewrporta_options vào Tab Operations để đổi tên table thành EWRporta_options
5. Vào Table ewrporta_categories vào Tab Operations để đổi tên table thành EWRporta_categories
6. Vào Table ewrporta_catlinks vào Tab Operations để đổi tên table thành EWRporta_catlinks
7. Vào Table ewrporta_promotes vào Tab Operations để đổi tên table thành EWRporta_promotes
