Styles Change header and footer between styles

I have 2 styles (DC - Flat and DC - Metro) and I would like to use the header of DC-Flat on DC - Metro but I don't know which templates I have to copy...

I'm using VXF.VN in the DC advanced header options and I would like to use the same on DC - Metro.

This is the header I want (DC-FLAT):
