Help Mình cần tìm code liên kết tới trang cá nhân cho Forum ạ

Mình muốn add thêm chỗ Thông tin liên hệ muốn thêm 1 phần là Facebook cá nhân
Nhưng code trong Template lại là UrlPage
Mình k biết thay như nào
Bạn nào có tâm thì cho mình xin đc ko ạ

Mình muốn thêm code liên kết tới fb cá nhân thì như nào ạ
hoặc sửa coder contact_us thành Liên kết tới fb cá nhân,
Mình sửa rồi nhưng nó chỉ hiện ở dưới dòng ra cái Link fb của mình nhưng k sang trang fb cá nhân
