Adds to the registration form directly below the entry field for the email address some important information for the potential new user.

I have this TMS change already run for a while and the support requests due not received activation emails have gone drastically and also the registrations they never finished bevor.
That's why I thought maybe for one or the other not completely useless and did an add-on made of it.

Notice: The addon is a small template addon with only 2 phrases. The phrase "otto_register_form_email_notice" you have to adapt to your needs.

The add-on is in the original English - a German language pack is enclosed. Have fun with it.
